THIS DEALER (DODGE/JEEP/CHRYSLER) IN CERRITOS AUTO SQUARE IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY OR EVEN LEASE A VEHICLE.

THERE IS NO SENSE OF COSTUMER SERVICE WHEN THE DEAL BECOMES BAD.

THEY WILL SUCK UP ON YOU LIKE A "LEECH" TRY TO FOOL YOU IN SOME NONSENSE "VERBAL" AGREEMENT.

WHICH IS DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD IDEA TO BE DEALIN WITH.

ALL IN ALL THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
WE HAVE BOUGHT 5 CARS WITH OTHER DEALERS AND BOY, I WISH I HAD CAME BACK FOR THE 7TH TIME.

When I bought my van it was two years old and in good condition. I didn't haggle over price, I was satisfied with the deal. When I went to sign the contract it was about $2800 over where the total should have been. In going through the paperwork I learned that they had added the difference onto the bottomline, and not anywhere else in the contract, to compensate for the payoff on my other car...without ever disclosing it.

I saw red and the credit manager called the sales guy back there. He smirked...actually laughed at me...and said "well how did you think we were going to do this?" I owed about $5500.00 on a two year old dodge truck, so this blew my mind! I walked out and returned the next day to finalize the deal with the sales manager, who was more straightforward...never did get a proper apology for the mess, but my van was under warranty and I know I can walk away and never return.

This was underhanded...not to mention illegal. I was told they did it that way "to make it look better to the bank". I did eventually consent to a reduced amount to be added on to the new car loan, but will never go back there...and the way my family own's Dodges...we have owned 5 in the last 2 years...that is a loss for this dealership.

Try another dealer, there are many.
